Robbolito 0.085g3 (GNU/Linux) port originally found at chesslogik but that version no longer exists there. My changes include:

• OS and compiler agnostic source conversion.
• Compiler warning removal. GCC -Wall and MS -W4 compile cleanly.
• Removal of all floating point math and linkage.
• Restore original memory footprint so that 1MB hash is possible.
• New time management keeps within the bounds of time.c, uses integer only calculations, and removes related UCI options.
• Fixed timing routines so they work properly in Windows or GNU/Linux.
• Fixed cpuload and nps calculations.
• Reduced minimum depth from 8 to 4. 8 was just too high for SlowBox to cope with in time scrambles.
• Added CPU specific BSF() and BSR() routines. Targets are x86, x64, and MIPS.
• Restored ERROR() and MESSAGE() routines.
